These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and 77zz. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on the platform.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77zz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 77zz website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the 77zz platform.

- You must not be self-excluded from gambling on 77zz or any associated platform. Players who have activated a self-exclusion period must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent the exclusion in any way. Doing so will result in permanent account closure.
- 77zz reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any point during your account's lifetime, including at the time of any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 77zz may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
77zz may at its sole discretion refuse to open an account, close an existing account, or restrict access to any player who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section or elsewhere in these T&C. This right is exercised without obligation to provide reasons, subject to applicable law.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on the 77zz platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳, BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by players registered on the platform:
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 77zz, though individual payment method providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 77zz wallet within two minutes of confirmation by the payment provider in the majority of cases.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within 30 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification and have no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding. 77zz does not charge a platform-side processing fee on standard withdrawals, though the payment provider may apply their own charges.
77zz reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This includes but is not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
Funds deposited to a 77zz account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and does not constitute a bonus rollover requirement. Players who have accepted a bonus will be subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to that bonus, which are stated in the relevant bonus terms at the time of acceptance.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
77zz offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms at the time it is offered:
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus promotion terms at the time of offer. Unless otherwise specified, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the account registration process and, where applicable, identity verification. 77zz reserves the right to withhold a bonus from any player who is found to be ineligible, who has violated these T&C, or whose account is flagged for suspicious activity. Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time.
77zz reserves the right to remove bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings, and close an account if it determines that a player has attempted to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms. This includes but is not limited to creating duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming a bonus multiple times, using automated systems to place wagers, or wagering in a pattern that reduces financial risk below the level the bonus was designed to accept.
Bonus abuse: Any player found to be systematically exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPN services to mask location, or placing opposing bets across accounts — will have their account permanently closed, all bonus balances forfeited, and any withdrawal requests declined. 77zz uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse.
Responsible Gaming and Player Protection
77zz is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following tools and policies are in place to protect players and to ensure that gambling remains an entertainment activity rather than a financial or personal burden:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account from the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may activate session reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play. These reminders are designed to encourage players to take breaks and to maintain awareness of the time spent gambling.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. - Underage Gambling Prevention: 77zz enforces a mandatory 21+ age restriction verified at registration. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the originating payment method where permitted by applicable law, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77zz platform. 77zz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, to cancel any pending withdrawals, to forfeit any balances, and to pursue legal remedies where applicable:
- Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, conducting chargebacks on deposits that have been wagered, or impersonating another person or entity to gain access to the platform or a third party's account.
- Collusion and match-fixing: cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event available on the 77zz platform. This includes pre-arranged wagers, chip dumping in poker or live table games, and any form of insider information exploitation in sports betting markets.
- Use of automated systems: employing bots, scripts, software, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers, interact with the platform, or gain an advantage over other players or the house in a manner not permitted by the rules of any individual game. This includes but is not limited to card-counting tools in live blackjack and arbitrage betting software.
- Money laundering and terrorist financing: using the 77zz platform to launder funds derived from illegal activity, to circumvent financial reporting requirements, or to channel funds to or from sanctioned individuals or entities. 77zz is required by applicable AML regulations to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
- Technical exploitation: deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, game malfunctions, or any vulnerability in the 77zz platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a software error are void and will not be paid. Players who identify a genuine error are required to report it to 77zz support and to cease play on the affected game.
Account termination: 77zz reserves the right to close any account at any time for any breach of these T&C without prior notice. Where an account is closed for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited in full. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method to the extent permitted by law, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
77zz provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77zz expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 77zz does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall 77zz, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 77zz has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total aggregate liability of 77zz to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These T&C and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77zz is registered and licensed to operate. By accepting these T&C, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with these T&C or your use of the platform.
In the event of a dispute between a player and 77zz, the player must first contact 77zz customer support and allow a reasonable period for resolution before pursuing any other remedy. 77zz aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by 77zz.
Amendments to These Terms & Conditions
77zz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time and without prior notice, subject to any requirements imposed by applicable law. The version of the T&C in force at the time of any transaction or event is the version that applies to that transaction or event. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current terms governing your use of the platform.
If any amendment to these T&C materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations as a player, 77zz will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number held on their account at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the amended T&C.
